Jess
found yoga years ago, in high school, taking classes at the gym as a form of stretching and exercise. Over the past handful of years her practice of yoga deepened immensely. Yoga created a path for her to find balance within herself, and externally, in her daily life. Yoga showed Jess how to live every moment, both profound and ordinary, by teaching her a practice of true presence. Jess also works on her practice through her time spent outdoors, playing with her puppy, and trying new activities like hula hooping, paddle boarding, or gardening.
