In ceremony we create a microcosm of the world and interact with forces
larger than ourselves.

When we step onto our mats, we can set that same kind of intention,
inviting our bodies to be the locus of ceremony.

We will call on the larger forces that move through us and around us.
Earth, air, fire, water, and space; east, west, north, south, above and
below; and the spirit that moves through all things. We invoke these entities through yogic movements and become aware of their presence within us, their dance and play.

We seek to balance these elementals and align ourselves with their
interweaving dynamism.

This workshop is for practitioners of ALL levels, whether first time
beginners or advanced practitioners.

The emphasis is on curiosity and exploration.
