Kari moved to Bethel Farm with her mother, Kristen, as a young child. She spent her childhood running barefoot on the grounds with her siblings enjoying the many adventures this incredible property has to offer. From wood-fired saunas and ice skating on the pond, to cliff jumping at the falls and helping her mom in the garden, Kari had a childhood filled with an abundance of nature filled fun.
At a young age Stephen and Kristen instilled in her an appreciation for nature, spiritual practices, and a holistic style of living. Her hope for the future is to extend these teachings to younger generations.
Kari is currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with hopes to integrate holistic and spiritual approaches into the predominantly westernized medical field of mental health and recovery.
During the growing seasons you will find her tending to the various gardens on the property and lending a hand wherever needed.
