Yoga and Sauna Night

Join us for a rejuvenating Slow Flow Yoga Class every third Friday of the month at 5:45 PM. All levels are welcome — whether you’re new to yoga or deep in your practice, this is your time to unwind, soften and sweat.

We’ll gather in the wood-fired heated studio, where gentle warmth supports the body unfurling into the practice. After the 75 min class the wood fired sauna will be ready for us to continue the process of releasing and renewing! The pond is available for invigorating cold dips as well. 

Please be sure to bring a bathing suit, water and towel.

Melodie studied Hatha yoga and has been sharing it for 10 years. As a seasoned bodyworker she weaves in her knowledge of fascial unwinding and seasonal support. She offers a space to explore while leaving plenty of room for quiet inner reflection.
