
Erich is a hybrid farmer/chef with almost 2 decades of growing experience and 7 years of restaurant experience. Most recently as a head chef in New Haven, CT alongside growing produce for some of new havens most loved restaurants.
“On the journey to understanding the nuances of how good food becomes ‘good’, I was originally inspired by the soil life and the complexity in their interactions. Over time, understanding nature’s curious connections has been the backbone of my farming philosophy. Through permaculture and horticulture studies, years of organic growing, market gardening, a reverence for earth’s natural processes, and by being on the front end of food production in restaurant kitchens, I hope to deepen my own knowledge and connection to the ground that sustains us all.”
