I am a 500 hour registered yoga teacher and have been teaching since 2021. Yoga completely changed my life and it gives me a sense of presence, determination, and purpose that I can feel both on and off my mat. After falling in love with yoga, I knew I wanted to devote my life to sharing this incredible practice with others in my community. The practice of yoga felt so inspiring to me that I decided to pour everything I had into creating a life around practicing and teaching yoga! I love the sense of community that can be felt in yoga classes and how so many wonderful, kind people are drawn together to nourish their bodies, minds, and souls. I am currently a full time yoga teacher and split my time between several different studios and locations in the Monadnock region. I enjoy teaching private sessions, as well as group classes of many different styles- Beginner, Slow flow, Vinyasa, Restorative, Gentle, Ashtanga- and now introducing Jivamukti to the mix. When I am not practicing yoga, I am a big book worm and enjoy reading about yogic philosophy, spirituality, and self help… so if you have a suggestion for a good read, let me know!
