RETREAT SCHEDULE

FRIDAY, JULY 3rd

3:30-4:30pm Arrival Time/Check-In

4:45pm Opening Circle

5:30-6:30pm Dinner

7-9pm

GENTLE YOGA/RESTORATIVE with Tracy

Ease into the weekend, dropping the mind and peeling away layers of accumulated tension. A slow-paced practice including gentle yoga postures, passive stretching and supported restorative poses. Designed to carry you into a still, peaceful state. Prepare for a night of deep rest.

SATURDAY, JULY 4th

6:30-7am 

MORNING ARATI, PRANAYAMA, MEDITATION with Raji

Embrace the sacred energy of the early morning with simple ceremony, chant, yogic breathing and meditation.

7-8am Silent Breakfast

9-11am

MORNING YOGA PRACTICE with Bethel 

A smooth, flowing yoga practice to cultivate inner exploration, strength, flexibility and focus, waking up body and mind. Moments of stillness and chant will be included, giving space for full immersion of peace within.

12-1pm Lunch

1:30-2:30pm YOGA SUTRA STUDY with Bethel

3-4:30pm 

OUTDOOR WALKING MEDITATION and Optional Asana Circle 

with Tracy

Guided by Tracy and a tinkling bell, silently walk the paths at Bethel Farm among the trees, plants, water and wildlife. Awaken to the beauty and abundance around you. Slow down, let the senses come alive. We will first meet for brief instruction, location tba, and allow time for a silent asana circle and/or seated meditation after our walk.

CREATE A PERSONAL MANTRA PRACTICE with Raji

Explore the ancient sound of Sanskrit and its many healing benefits. Experience the power of group chant and be guided through a journaling process to help create your own daily mantra practice. Areas of discussion will include: Abundance, Physical and Emotional Health, Career/Workplace, Relationships, Spiritual Illumination.

5:30-6:30pm Dinner

7-9pm

THAI MASSAGE WORKSHOP and Chocolate Tasting! with Sarah 

Deeply relax. Integrate the practices of the day. We’ll learn and be guided through Thai Massage sequences, giving and receiving. Afterwards, we’ll enjoy delicious chocolates by local chocolatiers. Come dressed in loose, comfortable clothing.

PEACE & JOY WITHIN 

Morning Yoga Practice with Raji

Celebrate the teachings of the weekend and our time together with a moderate level yoga practice. Tap into abundance, embrace the fullness of life, expand possibilities, feeling the expression of peace and joy within all layers of being. We’ll end with some longer poses and guided deep relaxation for integration. 

10:30-11am Closing Circle

12-1pm Lunch/Goodbyes 

MAUNA: The practice of observing silence.

During the morning hours until 8am, we will observe Mauna, the practice of observing silence. 

We offer a full schedule. However, all retreat offerings are optional if more free time is desired.

This retreat is open to all levels of experience.
