Reset your body and mind with the ULTIMATE guided one-day detox.

This meditation detox retreat is great for those who want to experience the benefits of the detox process in a short period of time. It is designed for those who want to feel more energized, need help kicking bad habits, want to eliminate toxins, or simply wish to feel less stressed.

You don’t need to dramatically change your diet or lifestyle for weeks at a time to feel great. You can gently detox your body in one day and jump start new healthy habits.  A short cleanse not only gives you the kick you need to get back on a healthy track, it also gives your body a rest from hard-to-digest foods. Think of this as a one-day RESET for your body and mind. The intention is that you will leave feeling clear, hydrated, vibrant, and be inspired to eat and drink for optimal health.

Jessica Jean Weston is founder and chef owner of Superfresh! Organic Café in Brattleboro, VT.  With a BA in medical anthropology from Ithaca College and as a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), Jessica has spent her career exploring the broad subject of food as medicine with Mayan healers in Belize, on organic farms, and with herbalists, shamanic practitioners, and more. Weston’s personal journey to health, navigating a series of food intolerances as well as what made her feel most vibrant, led her to a non-GMO, plant-based diet free of soy, gluten, dairy, eggs, and meat. Recognizing that everyone has their own path to explore, her goal is simply to share her experiences and knowledge by creating delicious, approachable cuisine with the understanding that no two beings are alike.

A one-day cleanse may not be the best for everyone.  Pregnant women, people who are underweight or diabetic, or those with heart disease, high blood pressure or other chronic ailments, should check with their doctors before attempting a cleanse of any duration.  We encourage participants to use the entire day as a juice fast to give the digestive system a rest, and allow for the body’s energy to be used to heal and integrate the powerful meditation work, but you may bring food or snacks.

Please note that NO REFUNDS or credits will be issued for any reason after September 12, 2017.
